Our Goal
Why do I need to learn CPR?

CPR is the first link in the chain of survival. It begins with YOU!

It Can Happen in Minutes....

Most out of hospital adult cardiac arrests happen unexpectedly and result from underlying cardiac problems. Successful outcome depends on early bystander CPR and rapid defibrillation in the first few minutes after the arrest. It has been shown that skills in CPR diminish after just 3  months. It is important to renew your CPR certification annually.

Learn CPR and Save a Life!
  • CPR is the most important factor in reducing pre-hospital deaths from cardiac arrest.

  • CPR  courses teach life-saving skills.

  • The Heart and Stroke Foundation collaborated on resuscitation guidelines in the US and Canada.

  • It only takes a few minutes to save a life. CPR and defibrillation if administered early, and triple or quadruple a person’s chance of survival.
